Core Health Fitness is a new, full service gym facility located in Bancroft, Ontario. More than just a gym, Core Health Fitness applies a holistic approach to health... "Eat Right, Think Well, Be Fit" is the slogan on the wall when you walk in the door. In addition to the gym facility, the Core Health family of services includes a chiropractic clinic and an organic food program called "Opa's Garden".

Take your RE-NEW-AL one more step by adding our "full camp" option which includes nutritional coaching and monitoring as well as life coaching to help make the changes stick!!

Teens Only Crossfit Class
CROSSFIT is an approach to fitness which combines cardio and strength training with agility and mobility training in a constantly varied, higher intensity workout. The workouts are very functional, improving your fitness for any sport or activity you may decide to take on. The constant variation makes the workouts challenging and interesting... and definitely never dull!! This TEEN only small group class will improve all dimensions of fitness.

COUCH TO 5K is starting!!
Tuesday May 21st, 5:00pm
This program is designed to take the non-runner and get them running!!
It starts with some running techniques and tips and progresses over the next 6 weeks to have you ready to participate in a 5k!!
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5pm, meeting at the gym.

Six Weeks to WELLNESS Jumpstart
Included in this is guided workouts for one or two participants, nutritional guidance and monitoring, and a pre and post assessment. This program is designed for the beginner to a gym, to help guide them through their first dozen workouts so that they feel competent and comfortable to continue in the gym on their own, following our daily workouts. This will also start them on the path to healthy eating and give them the knowledge they need to make healthy food choices.
Six Weeks to FITNESS Jumpstart
This is a six week program of either 2 or 3 workouts a week, guided by one of our staff. This is done individually or in pairs and our staff will take you through the warm up, the workout and the stretching. A perfect jumpstart to your fitness regime!
